At Abel’s Bagels, in Las Vegas, we have tons of vegan options. All of our bagels are made vegan EXCEPT the cheddar and French toast bagels. For spreads we have a house-whipped, soy based, vegan cream cheese. Oftentimes we stock Melt vegan butter. We have a cheddar-like vegan cheese that melts very well from Violife, and have a soy based vegan chorizo that makes a delicious and protein-rich bagel topping. We also have many vegan options with our fresh-pressed juices, acai bowls, and smoothies. All of our bagels are made NY style, hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh daily! We use many organic ingredients, and when we can’t source organic, we use natural, nothing ever below natural.
